6 Printable Halloween Paper Ideas For Busy People

For some people, creativity just comes naturally. For others, creativity either wasn’t passed down through the gene pool, or life is just too hectic to allow for the creative juices to flow.

But you don’t have to spend your life “green with envy” towards the stay at home mom that seems to always have her door perfectly decorated with the most trendy holiday décor. You may not have the free time that she has, but there are plenty of ways you can have the same kind of fun that she has. Probably the easiest way to have some Halloween fun would be to explore some creative printable Halloween paper ideas.

Well, I’ve created the worlds most exhaustive, detailed Halloween printable paper ideas resource to show you how. Ok…”world’s most exhaustive” may be a stretch. But there are definitely some great ideas on how you can use Halloween printable paper while exploring your creative side.

1. Halloween Party Invites

You don’t have to have a huge Halloween party to justify sending out Halloween invitations. You can have a small intimate night of drinks and snacks with a few close friends. But instead of sending the traditional (and non-creative) email, find a cute printable Halloween invitation to send to your friends.

2. Halloween Envelopes

If you’re sending invitations, you’re going to need some envelopes. Yet another opportunity to show off your creativity.

3. Halloween Postcards

If you’re looking for budget friendly, printable Halloween paper ideas, postcards are the way to go.

4. Halloween Letterhead

Do you own a small business? Sending correspondence on printable Halloween letterhead might be a good option.

Homeowners Associations can also use Halloween letterhead to send out covenant reminders as well as inviting residents to the Halloween block party.

5. Halloween Wallpaper

Out of all of the printable Halloween paper ideas, this is probably my favorite. I’m sure you’ve seen the commercials for Fathead.com, the adhesive wall photos of professional athletes. Well, there are now places you can have your own custom images printed on to similar adhesive wallpaper material.

Printable wallpaper is completely removable and leaves no residue so go crazy with monsters, witches and ghosts on your walls. Or you can stick with more decorative options like pumpkins.

6. Halloween Window Stickers

Window graphics are another printable Halloween paper idea that gives you a lot of room to be creative but doesn’t cost a lot of money. Whether you design your own sticker or find a pre-designed image on sites like istockphoto.com, every window in your house is a blank landscape for you to show your creativity.

There’s nothing like having your birthday taking place at Halloween. Not only do you get presents for Halloween but you also have the opportunity to dress up in costume at your party which can double up as a Halloween party at the same time. One thing about having a combined Halloween and birthday is that you’ll definitely have a lot of people coming to your party, especially if you’ve sent out some great Halloween birthday invitations. You’ve got to admit, you’ve got a unique situation here so coming up with great invites is a breeze.

Take a look at these ideas for some awesome invitations:

1.    Halloween themed post cards makes for a great invitation. With ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, witches, cats and bats, people will think it’s a Halloween party invite until they see the words “Birthday Party” in the message. There’s plenty of space to put the time, date and place for the party and to encourage everyone to show up in costume. They’re cheaper to send that regular invitations too.

2.    Invitations for Halloween birthdays can be regular invitations too. There are lots of great invitation blanks available that you can print on your printer and you’ll be able to download a template for your word processor to make things easy.

3.    Post cards also work great as Halloween birhday invitations. These not only are fun and funny but being able to sit down and put together a personalized message for each invitation.

4.    Put a birthday invitation with halloween bithday balloons, a cake with candles, etc. on it into a Halloween themed envelope. Talk about adding a twist to the invitation process.

5.    If their birthday is a day or two after Halloween, hand out Halloween birthday party invitations to their friends at the door. Not only does this save money on postage but it makes the trick or treat thing a bit more entertaining for everyone.

6.    One great way to be able to get the message out is to make a halloween birthday flyer on orange paper to send to friends and family. Not only does this carry forward the Halloween theme but being able to put halloween birthday graphics as well as Halloween graphics on it makes for a great looking invitation.

Halloween birthday invitations combine the fun from two different occasions into one. This means that the “standard” rules about what to do to send out birthday invites and Halloween invites sort of get tossed out the window. Coming up with awesome invitations becomes a lot more fun since you can do Halloween or birthday and it’s all good.
